What is Pixel Car World?

Pixel Car World is a pixel car role playing game, that is unlike other pixel car games. Pixel car world encorporates everything that a car fanatic could possibly want in a game. You begin by applying for a job to fund your exciting pixel car career and then, of course, you need to purchase your very first car - with over 350 pixel cars to chose from, you're sure to find the perfect match. After you have purchased a car the possibilities really begin, as you can see below!

What are pixel cars?

Pixel cars are images (usually PNG format) of cars which include a front, rear and side view. There are many artists who create these small pictures and they originally became popular in Japan. The whole of Pixel Car World is based around these pixel car images - you will buy a pixel version of a real life car and then tune it using a photo editing package such as Microsoft Paint, Jasc Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Photoshop. Below is an example of a pixel car, simillar to the cars that you will find in the car dealership.

As you can see, the pixel car above has "Credits". You must always remember to credit the original author for any car or part you use in the game as pixel car artists spend many, many hours creating these and it would be rude take these as "your own". As you will soon see, all of the bases on this pixel car game have credits to the original author. You must not remove these credits and must add credits for all the parts you use, to the car base - if you do, you will be banned.

• Race Area - with four racing styles (Circuit, Drag, Drift & Street) and various difficulty levels ranging from Newbie to Professional.
• Show Area - to compete with other members to prove who has the best looking car.
• Competition Area - where you can enter various competitions to win unique prizes and cash to help fund your pixel car adventure.
• Event Area - a variety of special events will be held here, with unique and big prizes for the winners.
• Battle Area - create a one-on-one tuning battle with another member to settle once and for all who the best tuner is!
• Lounge - a place to relax and chat about general topics.
• Gallery - show off your latest pixel car tunes here to get advice and comments from other members.
• Resources - here at Pixel Car World we have a wide variety of pixel car part tabs for you to use to tune your pixel car.
